The Design
They say the Irish have a blessing or toast for every occasion and every celebration, from cot to grave and everything in between. For any occasion you are sure to find a well-expressed verse in the form of a blessing, proverb or an anecdotal saying.
Irish blessings often employ a bit of humour and are very positive in their outlook, and they are almost certain to bring a smile to your face.
This series of traditional Irish blessings have helped people through difficult times in the past and now will do so again by showing there is light at the end of the tunnel and that by caring for each other we can all through the Covid Pandemic crises together.
With Ireland being famous for its Saints and Scholars it comes as no surprise that it’s also a country famous for its blessings and sayings.
May the roof above you never fall in.
And may the friends gathered below it never fall out.
